A: Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 4 working days across Pakistan, depending on your location and courier availability.
Q: Are there any delivery charges?
A: Yes, we charge a flat Rs. 150 delivery fee on all orders. However, delivery is free on orders of Rs. 4,999 or more.
Q: Which courier partners do you use?
A: We ship via trusted services like TCS and M&P to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Q: Can I return a product if I change my mind?
A: We don’t offer returns, but you can exchange a product within 3 days if it's unused and in original packaging.

A: Contact us within 2 days of delivery and we’ll resolve your issue through our quality assurance team.

Q: How do I know my order is confirmed?
A: You will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message after placing the order. We only dispatch orders after confirmation.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, orders can be canceled before confirmation. Once confirmed and dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
